Neuro Bedoxine Plus (100 Tablet / Pack) is a high-potency fixed-dose combination oral tablet combining neurotropic B-vitamins with an effective analgesic for neurological pain management. It works via a dual pathway: vitamins b1, b6, and b12 act as coenzymes to support neuronal metabolism, accelerate axonal regeneration, and maintain myelin sheath integrity, while paracetamol acts centrally to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis and elevate the pain threshold. This therapeutic synergy effectively blocks pain signaling while treating the underlying nerve degradation.

Purpose

To manage painful peripheral neuropathies, alleviate diabetic neuralgia, radiculopathy, and acute musculoskeletal nerve pain.

Vitamin B1 50mg, Vitamin B6 100mg, Vitamin B12 100mcg, Paracetamol 250mg

Warnings

Do not exceed the maximum daily prescribed dose to avoid severe dose-dependent paracetamol-induced hepatotoxicity. Use with extreme caution in patients with pre-existing hepatic impairment, severe renal insufficiency, or chronic alcohol dependency. Chronic use of high-dose vitamin b6 (pyridoxine) can rarely precipitate sensory neuropathies; use strictly for the indicated duration. Inform your healthcare provider if you are taking concurrent levodopa therapy as pyridoxine may reduce its anti-parkinsonian efficacy.

Side Effects

Gastrointestinal side effects including mild nausea, epigastric discomfort, vomiting, or transient diarrhea. Central nervous system reactions such as mild somnolence, dizziness, or a temporary headache. Cutaneous developments including localized skin rashes, pruritus, or minor flushing symptoms. Reversible changes in liver enzyme levels if taken continuously over an extended clinical course.
