Augmentin Infant Drops (20ml) contain a synergistic combination of Amoxicillin (a broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic) and Clavulanic Acid (a beta-lactamase inhibitor). This dual mechanism prevents bacterial resistance by destroying the enzymes that break down Amoxicillin, providing highly effective treatment for acute bacterial infections of the middle ear, respiratory tract, and soft tissues in infants.

Purpose

Used for the treatment of susceptible corporate bacterial infections in infants under clinical supervision.

Warnings

Shake the reconstituted suspension thoroughly before each dose and use the provided dropper for precise measurement.

Complete the full course of treatment exactly as prescribed, even if the infant's symptoms improve rapidly.

Strictly contraindicated in infants with a history of penicillin allergy or cholestatic jaundice/hepatic dysfunction.

Consult your pediatrician immediately if the infant develops a severe skin rash, facial swelling, or watery diarrhea.

Storage Instructions
