Warnings
Strictly contraindicated in pregnancy due to fetal toxicity risks. Diuretic action can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalances, so regular blood tests for potassium and sodium are advised.

Dizziness, fatigue, increased urination, diarrhea, low blood pressure, muscle cramps.
