Bysilol 2.5mg (14 Tablet / Pack)
A cardio-selective beta-blocker with vasodilatory properties indicated for treating systemic hypertension.
Bysilol 2.5mg Tablets contain Nebivolol Hydrochloride, a highly selective third-generation beta-1 ($\beta_1$) adrenergic receptor antagonist with distinctive nitric oxide-mediated vasodilatory actions. By inhibiting cardiac beta-receptors while concurrently stimulating endothelial nitric oxide synthase, it decreases myocardial contractility, lowers resting heart rate, and reduces total peripheral vascular resistance.
Purpose
Reduces cardiac workload and promotes endothelial vasodilation to safely lower systemic blood pressure levels.
Ingredients
Nebivolol (as Hydrochloride) 2.5mg
