Carveda N 6.25mg/5mg Tablets contain a fixed-dose combination of Carvedilol and Amlodipine, merging a non-selective beta-blocker with a calcium channel blocker. This synergistic mechanism helps lower workload on the heart and prevents long-term cardiovascular complications.

Warnings
Do not discontinue taking this medication abruptly, as sudden cessation can cause a severe rebound increase in blood pressure or chest pain.
Inform your treating physician immediately if you experience signs of worsening heart failure, such as sudden weight gain or swelling in your lower legs.
Monitor blood pressure and heart rate patterns closely at home during the initial weeks of treatment initiation.
Use caution when standing up from a sitting or lying position to minimize the risk of orthostatic dizziness or fainting.
Side Effects
Peripheral edema or mild fluid accumulation resulting in swelling of the ankles or feet.
Transient dizziness, lightheadedness, or localized headache as the body adjusts to lower blood pressure.
Fatigue, generalized muscle weakness, or a slower than normal heart rate (bradycardia).
Flushing, a feeling of physical warmth, or temporary gastrointestinal upset such as nausea.
