Cinazin D Tablets contain a highly effective combination of Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate. Cinnarizine acts as a calcium channel blocker to reduce labyrinthine excitability, while Dimenhydrinate exerts central antihistaminic and anticholinergic actions on the vestibular system, working synergistically to suppress severe dizziness, vertigo, and associated nausea.

Purpose

Used for the treatment of vertigo of various origins, motion sickness, and associated labyrinthine disturbances.

Ingredients

Cinnarizine 20mg + Dimenhydrinate 40mg

Warnings

May cause marked drowsiness or sedation; avoid driving, operating machinery, or consuming alcohol during therapy.

Use with caution in patients with angle-closure glaucoma, urinary retention, prostatic hypertrophy, or Parkinson's disease.

Avoid long-term continuous use without regular clinical review to monitor for potential extrapyramidal symptoms in elderly patients.
