Warnings

This product is intended for prophylactic maintenance therapy and must never be used as a rescue inhaler for acute bronchospasm. Rinse the mouth thoroughly with water and spit it out after each nebulization to prevent localized fungal infections. Monitor pediatric patients closely during long-term therapy for potential shifts or suppression in regular growth velocity. Transfer from systemic oral steroids to inhalation therapy must be handled gradually under strict medical supervision.

Side Effects

Localized oropharyngeal candidiasis (thrush) or mild hoarseness in the throat. Mild throat irritation, coughing, or dry mouth immediately following nebulizer use. Paradoxical bronchospasm presenting with an immediate increase in wheezing after inhalation. Transient headache or mild dizziness in sensitive individuals.
