Clores S 0.8mg/1.6mg (10 Respules / Pack) is a combination sterile inhalation solution designed for the concurrent management of airway inflammation and bronchoconstriction. It combines a potent corticosteroid with a short-acting beta-2 agonist to simultaneously reduce tissue swelling and relax smooth muscles in the airways. This dual mechanism helps restore airflow, alleviate chronic wheezing, and manage obstructive airway symptoms during respiratory conditions.

Purpose

To simultaneously control bronchial wall inflammation and relax constricted airway smooth muscle fibers via nebulization.

Ingredients

Beclomethasone Dipropionate 0.8mg, Salbutamol 1.6mg / 2ml

Warnings

Not recommended as a primary mono-therapy for acute, life-threatening asthma attacks requiring intensive emergency intervention. Use with caution in individuals diagnosed with cardiovascular disorders, severe hypertension, or uncontrolled hyperthyroidism. Rinse the oral cavity with water after each dose to lower the risk of developing localized fungal infections. Closely monitor blood potassium levels during high-dose or prolonged treatment cycles due to the risk of hypokalemia.

Side Effects

Tremors, muscle cramps, or a noticeable increase in heart rate or palpitations. Oropharyngeal candidiasis, dry throat, or hoarseness of the voice. Mild nervousness, restlessness, or transient headaches following a nebulizer session. Paradoxical bronchospasm characterized by sudden difficulty breathing directly after dosing.
