Co A2A (50/12.5mg) 20 Tablets
Amlodipine and losartan 50/12.5mg for hypertension.
Co A2A (50/12.5mg) combines amlodipine (calcium channel blocker) and losartan (ARB) for hypertension. Used when combination therapy is needed. Take once daily as directed; may be taken with or without food.
Purpose
Treatment of essential hypertension when combination therapy is appropriate.
Ingredients
Amlodipine 5mg and losartan 50mg per tablet (or 50/12.5 as per pack designation).
Warnings
Contraindicated in pregnancy; can cause fetal injury. Caution in severe hepatic impairment and with potassium-sparing diuretics.
Side Effects
Dizziness, oedema, flushing, headache, hyperkalaemia. Report swelling of face or throat or fainting.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
