Dapxiga Mxr 10/1000mg 14s combines dapagliflozin 10mg and metformin XR 1000mg for type 2 diabetes. Take as directed with meals. Risk of lactic acidosis and dehydration. Prescription only.
Purpose
Treatment of type 2 diabetes when combination therapy is indicated.
Ingredients
Dapagliflozin 10mg and metformin hydrochloride extended-release 1000mg per tablet; 14 tablets.
Warnings
Prescription only. Stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol. Report signs of lactic acidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes.
Side Effects
GI upset, UTI, dehydration. Rare: lactic acidosis, DKA. Report severe abdominal pain or breathlessness.
