Dolketo T (10 Sachet / Pack) is an intensive, dual-action oral analgesic formulation containing a fixed-dose combination of Dexketoprofen and Tramadol Hydrochloride. It is specifically indicated for the short-term symptomatic relief of acute, moderate-to-severe pain, offering rapid peripheral anti-inflammatory action coupled with centralized opioid receptor modulation.

Purpose

Combines a centralized opioid agonist with a peripheral NSAID to interrupt multiple pain transmission pathways.

Ingredients

Tramadol Hydrochloride 75mg, Dexketoprofen (as Trometamol) 25mg

Warnings

Dissolve the entire granule payload of one sachet completely in a full glass of water prior to oral consumption. Never exceed 3 sachets per day, and do not combine with other NSAIDs or central nervous system depressants. Strictly avoid alcohol intake during therapy, as it drastically elevates the risk of severe respiratory depression. Exercise extreme caution if driving, as this strong compound frequently induces significant somnolence and dizziness.

Side Effects

Pronounced transient dizziness, lightheadedness, or central somnolence. Nausea, localized epigastric burning, or mild upper abdominal discomfort. Dryness of the mouth, occasional unsteadiness, or temporary blurred vision. Constipation or low-grade headache during continuous short-term utilization.
