Dydrova 10mg (20 Tablet / Pack)
Dydrova is a selective oral progestogen used to treat menstrual disorders, progesterone deficiencies, and to support threatened or recurrent miscarriages.
Dydrogesterone is an orally active, potent, retroprogesterone derivative that acts as a highly selective agonist at progestogen receptors. Because of its unique molecular structure, it produces a complete secretory transformation phase in an estrogen-primed endometrium, mimicking natural progesterone without causing any androgenic, estrogenic, or glucocorticoid side effects. It provides essential luteal phase support, stabilizes the endometrial lining, and reduces uterine contractility, making it effective in treating menstrual abnormalities and supporting early pregnancy maintenance.
Purpose
It is indicated for the treatment of progesterone deficiencies including endometriosis, secondary amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, irregular cycles, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and for luteal support in infertility and recurrent abortion protocols.
