Hilin 50mg contains diacerein, an anthraquinone derivative with anti-inflammatory activity. It is used for the long-term treatment of osteoarthritis to relieve pain, stiffness, and joint swelling without significantly affecting prostaglandins.

Warnings

Side Effects
Diarrhea, abdominal pain, and urine discoloration (harmless). Report severe persistent diarrhea.
