Indacaterol and glycopyrronium combination for COPD maintenance.
Indibro M 150/50/160mg is a fixed-dose combination of indacaterol (long-acting beta-2 agonist) and glycopyrronium (long-acting muscarinic antagonist) for COPD maintenance. It provides dual bronchodilation. Usually administered via inhalation device; strengths may refer to delivered doses in mcg. Not for asthma or acute bronchospasm. Pack of capsules.
Purpose
Maintenance bronchodilator treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults.
Ingredients
Indacaterol and Glycopyrronium (bromide); delivered doses as per pack and device.
Warnings
Not for asthma or acute bronchospasm. For inhalation only. Caution in cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, urinary retention. Use rescue inhaler for acute symptoms.
Side Effects
Dry mouth, constipation, urinary retention, tachycardia, headache. Paradoxical bronchospasm possible.
