Itqzol Capsules are a high-potency systemic triazole antifungal treatment indicated for the eradication of widespread superficial and deep fungal infections. By dynamically inhibiting the fungal cytochrome P450 enzyme system, it stops the synthesis of ergosterol, disrupting the fungal cell membrane integrity to cure vulvovaginal candidiasis, dermatophytosis, and systemic mycoses.

Purpose

Inhibits fungal cell membrane synthesis to clear systemic, oral, vaginal, or dermatological fungal infections.

Itraconazole 100mg

Warnings

Contraindicated for co-administration with certain antiarrhythmics, statins, or sedatives due to severe, life-threatening drug interactions via CYP3A4. Must be avoided by patients with clear clinical signs of ventricular dysfunction or a history of congestive heart failure. Monitor liver enzymes closely if treatment extends beyond two consecutive weeks, as hepatotoxicity can occur. Discontinue use and contact your physician if you experience unusual fatigue, dark urine, or yellowing of the eyes.

Side Effects

Nausea, abdominal pain, flatulence, or vomiting. Headaches, dizziness, or lightheadedness. Transient elevations in liver enzymes. Mild skin rashes or generalized itching.
