Linezolid 600mg tablets for serious Gram-positive infections.
Lizotek 600mg Tab contains linezolid 600mg (antibiotic) for serious Gram-positive bacterial infections including MRSA. Take as directed; usually one tablet twice daily. Complete the full course. Prescription only. Monitor blood counts with prolonged use.
Purpose
Treatment of serious Gram-positive bacterial infections (e.g. MRSA) when prescribed.
Ingredients
Linezolid 600mg per tablet.
Warnings
Prescription only. Avoid tyramine-rich foods and certain medicines (MAOIs, SSRIs). Report serotonin syndrome symptoms. Monitor blood counts. Complete the full course.
Side Effects
Nausea, headache, diarrhoea. Blood disorders, serotonin syndrome with prolonged use or with serotonergic drugs. Report fever, rash, or tingling.
