Treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Quetiapine fumarate 300mg per tablet extended release.

May cause drowsiness. Do not stop abruptly. Monitor blood sugar and lipids. Report fever or rigidity.

Drowsiness, dizziness, weight gain, dry mouth. Rare: metabolic changes.
