Zinc pyrithione compromises fungal cell membrane permeability to inhibit the structural replication of Malassezia species, while salicylic acid rapidly dissolves hyper-keratinized scales and cuts through dense follicular sebum. This combined action disrupts the underlying fungal colonization cycle, attenuates inflammatory epidermal turnover, and rapidly relieves localized pruritic signaling across the scalp.

Purpose

It is indicated for the treatment and long-term control of seborrheic dermatitis, pityriasis capitis (dandruff), scaling, and persistent scalp itching.

Zinc Pyrithione + Salicylic Acid + Aloe Vera Extract + Provitamin B5

Warnings

- For external topical use on the scalp only; if accidental contact with the eyes occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with cold water.\n- Do not apply this shampoo to severely broken, bleeding, or intensely ulcerated areas of the scalp barrier.\n- Leave the lather on the scalp for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing completely to allow adequate contact time for the active ingredients.

Side Effects
