Concurrently, these volatile compounds suppress the synthesis of inflammatory mediators, such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukins, to rapidly reduce localized tissue swelling, erythema, and microvascular congestion.

Purpose

It is indicated for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris, localized cutaneous fungal infections like athlete's foot, minor skin abrasions, insect bites, and inflammatory scalp conditions like dandruff.
