Premarin Cream (14g) is a specialized topical vaginal estrogen formulation containing Conjugated Estrogens derived entirely from organic sources. Formulated specifically to treat moderate-to-severe symptoms of vulvovaginal atrophy associated with menopause, it works locally by binding to estrogen receptors on vaginal mucosal cells, restoring tissue elasticity, improving vascularity, and normalizing vaginal pH.

Purpose

Activates local mucosal estrogen receptors to reverse vaginal thinning, increase tissue lubrication, and relieve severe dyspareunia.

Conjugated Estrogens 0.625mg per gram of cream

Warnings

Administer strictly inside the vaginal canal using the calibrated applicator provided; follow the precise cyclical dosing schedule structured by your clinician. Thoroughly wash and sanitize the reusable applicator with mild soap and warm water immediately after each topical application. Contraindicated in individuals with a history of breast cancer, active deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or undiagnosed abnormal uterine bleeding. Estrogen therapies must be prescribed at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to minimize systemic hyperplasia risks.

Side Effects

Localized vaginal irritation, transient stinging, or a mild burning sensation post-application. Mild, self-limiting vaginal discharge or localized vulvovaginal pruritus. Temporary breast tenderness, low-grade localized headache, or minor lower abdominal cramping. Minor fluid retention or a slight sensation of pelvic fullness during the initial weeks of use.
