Rapicort 60Ml Syp
Prednisolone oral syrup 60ml for inflammation.
Rapicort 60Ml Syp is prednisolone oral solution, a corticosteroid for inflammatory and allergic conditions. Used for asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, and other conditions when oral steroid is needed. Dose is individualised; take as directed. Do not stop abruptly.
Purpose
Treatment of inflammatory and allergic conditions when oral corticosteroid is prescribed.
Ingredients
Prednisolone; strength per 5ml as per pack.
Warnings
Do not stop abruptly; taper under medical supervision. Caution in infection, diabetes, and osteoporosis. Not for use in systemic fungal infection.
Side Effects
Increased appetite, weight gain, fluid retention, hyperglycaemia, mood changes. Long-term use: osteoporosis, adrenal suppression. Report signs of infection or unusual fatigue.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C. Keep bottle tightly closed. Protect from light. Use within timeframe after opening if stated.
