Sporanox 100mg (4 Capsule / Pack)
A potent systemic triazole antifungal capsule used for treating dermatological, mucosal, and deep systemic fungal infections.
Sporanox 100mg (4 Capsule / Pack) is a systemic triazole antifungal medication containing itraconazole, used to treat a wide array of superficial and deep fungal infections. It works by selectively inhibiting the fungal cytochrome P450-dependent enzyme lanosterol 14-alpha-demethylase, which blocks the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane. This structural disruption increases membrane permeability, leading to the leakage of critical cellular contents and fungal cell death.
Purpose
To treat vulvovaginal candidiasis, dermatophytosis, pityriasis versicolor, systemic mycoses, and fungal nail infections.
Ingredients
Itraconazole 100mg

Monitor liver function tests closely in patients receiving continuous treatment lasting more than one month or exhibiting hepatic symptoms. Absorption is dependent on gastric acidity; avoid taking concurrent antacids, H2 blockers, or proton pump inhibitors within two hours.
